Luke Brocki is a Vancouver-based broadcaster, investigative reporter, and photojournalist. Brocki is currently interested in the tradeoffs between economic development and environmental protection, which are more and more frequent given today’s changing business world and warming planet. In addition to his work in North America, he’s reported on economic, social, and environmental issues from Cambodia and Vietnam—developing countries now facing important growth-versus-sustainability dilemmas. Before venturing into journalism, Brocki earned a Bachelor of Science at the University of British Columbia with a focus on sustainable development and natural resource conservation.
